SCHENECTADY – Martha Ann Thompson, 48, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Ellis Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late James Bryant and Minnie Thompson.
Martha leaves behind to mourn her fiancé, James Traynham, Jr.; two sons, Vancito George and James Thompson; five stepchildren, her siblings, Julie Thompson, Victoria Bills, Joseph Thompson and Michael Thompson and a host of family, friends, and relatives.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Vale Cemetery, Schenectady.
