Martha S. Lail (LaBarr), 77, of Schenectady, N.Y., passed away on February 16, 2024.
Martha was born on March 2, 1946, to Bela and Irene (Suto) Beregszaszy in Franklin, N.J. She graduated from Franklin High School in 1965.
She is predeceased by her parents; husband, Dan Lail; and sister, Irene Ferenczy. She is survived by sons: William LaBarr (wife, Joann), St. Cloud, F.L., and grandchildren: Kaitlyn and Alexander; Michael LaBarr (wife, Amy), Murfreesboro, T.N., and grandchildren: Tyler (wife, Caitlin) and Abigail (fiancé, Christian); sister, Molly Tillison (husband, Wayne); brother in law Paul Ferenczy; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; as well as good friends in her community.
Martha loved to dance. If there was music playing at a family event, she would hit the dance floor and bring everyone with her. She also had an affinity for all things England, including the royal family and British mystery books and TV shows.
No services are planned at this time.
