Albany-Martin K. Lee, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018.
Beloved son of Vernon & Bertha Lee, born in Schenectady on November 10, 1934. Martin lived most of his 83 years in Albany, with his wife, Joan A. Lee and his 4 children, Michael Lee, Nancy Ferrigan, Lisa Welter (Richard) and Christopher Lee. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren. Martin was predeceased by his much loved sisters, Laura Lee & Audrey Spencer, survived by his sister, Sandra Lucia
Martin was a patriotic man, he lived for his country, family and friends. Martin excelled working in many different careers, including Albany Fire & Police, Mobil Oil Corp and finished his career at Albany International Airport as Airfield Superintendent; where his innovative ideas were contributory to many airport improvements.
Martin loved his pets and generously contributed to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, all donations in his honor can be sent to 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY, 12204.
A private graveside service will be held at Park View Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
