Marvin Mickle, 31 of Albany, has passed on Thursday June 22nd, 2023. He was the eldest son of Martin & Paulette Mickle.
Marvin was born on March 11th, 1992, in New Amsterdam, Guyana South America. He was the eldest of five children. Marvin attended Overwinning Primary School in Guyana, Philip Schuyler School, Livingston Middle School, and Albany High School.
Marvin Worked in multiple industries over the years from Joann fabric, FedEx and UPS where he made his coworkers smile constantly.
At a young age, Marvin was a part of the Capital City Satellites Pathfinder Club and Church choir. He was very active in sports and arts. He enjoyed caring for others by making sure their appearance was on point by using his barbering skills to display his work. Marvin enjoyed fishing and being in nature. He loved checking in on his family and friends because he understood life is precious and short. Marvin was special, he fed so many people thanks to his loving parents who made sure he was fed. Marvin had a very contagious smile. When he greets you with his smile, you don't even realize that you are smiling back at him. It was that impactful.
Marvin prayed with his friends, like many of us he faced demons daily and he prayed constantly.
Marvin is proceeded in death by his grandfather Hilton Mickle.
He is survived by his Parents Martin and Paulette Mickle, his younger siblings Marlon, Michael, Marcus, and Chelsea. and his nephew (Omarion) He is also survived by his grandparents Sara Mickle, Earl and Mildred Mentor
Many aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends, too many to mention.
The world is a sadder place without Marvin in our lives, but Marvin touched each one of us and has left us with memories that will be cherished forever.
