Mary Agneta, 90, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2013 at the Eddy Village Green, Cohoes.
Mary was born in Albany to the late James and Concetta Patane. She worked for Farm Family Insurance Company until her retirement in 1986. In her retirement she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and cooking. For the holidays she loved to make and deliver garbage bread to friends and neighbors.
In addition to her parents, Mary is predeceased by her husband, Vincent Agneta and her son Anthony Agneta.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Antoinette (Bruce) Kallenburg. She is the cherished grandmother of Michelle (Arthur) Courtright, Julianne Kallenburg, Neal, Rose and Harold Agneta. She is the beloved great grandmother of Lucas Vincent Courtright.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at the Eddy Village Green and the Eddy Alzheimer's Center at Hawthorne Ridge for all of their care and compassion given to Mary.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern New York 4 Pine West Plaza Albany, NY 12205, in Mary's memory.
Funeral services were held privately.
