Schenectady- Mary Celine Brousseau, 82, passed away peacefully on July 12 at the St. Peter's Hospice Inn in Albany. Celine was born in AuSable, New York to the late Fred and Nora Brousseau. She attended high school at St. John the Evangelist and lived in Schenectady County for most of her life. Celine was a devoted daughter, and cared for her parents for many years before starting a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Kingsway Arms Nursing Center. Celine worked at Kingsway for over 25 years, receiving an award for her dedicated service. Celine loved her poodles, Crackerjack and Peanut and all dogs. She was always quick to smile and enjoyed laughing with her friends and family.
Celine is predeceased by her brother, Albert Brousseau. She is survived by her sister, Theresa LaTorre of Queensbury, brother, Frederick Brousseau of Delmar, and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
A private ceremony will be held for family.
