WESTERLO – Mary C. Cameron, 74, of Westerlo, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2008 at St. Peter's Hospital. She was the wife late Harold H. Cameron.
She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Albert and Gertrude (Vibbard) Jewell. She was a longtime employee of the former Banker's Trust, working in the Albany and Clifton Park Branches. She was a member of NYSIRA where she was a secretary and treasure, a member of SCCA where she was chief registrar for the Mohud Region and a member of FMCA. She enjoyed arts and crafts, traveling, loved babysitting and loved her pets.
Mary was the beloved mother of Mark E. Cameron and his wife Dorian L. of Westerlo; cherished and devoted grandmother of Harold H. Cameron II and Joshua R. Cameron; sister-in-law of Ann Jewell; and aunt of Edward Jewell. She is also survived by several cousins and many dear friends.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.) Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
