Mary C. Di Domenico

COLONIE – Mary C. Di Domenico, 83, of Colonie, passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at St. Peter's Hospice Inn.

Affectionately known as "Grr", she was born in Albany on December 28, 1937 a daughter of the late Frank and Cora (Bariskill) Brady. She graduated from Albany High School and attended Austin Beauty School.

Mary worked as an associate for many years at Safe Storage. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She loved her "four legged friends" Mary was a known shower and breeder of German Shepherds, touring throughout the region, winning several awards.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony on September 27; her siblings, Theresa, Bill, Frank, Donald, Marian and Richard.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Christine; her step children, Carolyn and Anthony III; her granddaughter, Kate; her nephew, Dennis; step grandchildren, Michael and Beth; her great grand dog, Honey, and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to hospice nurses, Mary and Penny for their care and compassion.
