Mary H. Herrmann

GUILDERLAND – Mary H. Herrmann, 87, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at St. Peter's Hospice Inn after a brief illness. Born in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Betty Luckey.
Mary was the wife of the late Walter W. Herrmann and a homemaker for 52 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and dear friends.
Along with her parents and husband, Mary was predeceased by her sister Florence Ashenbeck of Islip, Long Island.
She is survived by her children Robert E. Herrmann and Joan E. Herrmann, both of Guilderland; grandchildren Andrew S. Herrmann and Adam T. Herrmann of East Greenbush, and eight nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Mary's ashes will be entombed with her husband's at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schulyerville, at the convenience of the family.
