Mary I. Pratt

Mary I. (Lo Giudice) Pratt, 83, of the Beltrone Living Center, Colonie, NY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Domenica (Di Blasi) and Joseph Lo Giudice. She lived in this area her whole life. A graduate of Albany Business College. Mary worked for many years as a supervisor for Hooper Holmes. Married for more than fifty years, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alfred E. Pratt. Mary was also predeceased by her brother Dominic and sister, Nancy Lo Giudice.
Mary is survived by her loving sisters; Jane (Richard) Bower, Teresa (Anthony) Bongiorno, Constance Brancatelli, a brother Joseph (Rebecca) Lo Giudice, a brother-in-law Daniel (Katherine) Pratt and a sister-in-law Rita Lo Giudice. Mary is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, god children and god daughter Angela (Philip) Lupe.
Special thanks to the wonderful caregivers at the Villa and Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 12:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 11 to 12 at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery . In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Food Pantry of First Assembly of God, 9 Mariana Lane, Albany, NY 12203 or to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Road, Loudonville, NY 12211.
