TROY – Mary J. Vergi, 90, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012.
Mary was born on April 29, 1922 in Troy and was the daughter of the late Enrico and Lucy (Bartholomew) Vergi.
Mary is survived by her sister, Rose Vergi; her brother, Henry Vergi and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Angeline Vandervoort and her brother, Joseph Vergi.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 12 to 1 p.m. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Troy.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 155 Washington Ave., Suite 210, Albany, NY 12210 in memory of Mary J. Vergi.
