Mary Jane"Jane" Secor

COLONIE – Mary Jane "Jane" Secor, 83, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at the Community Hospice at Albany Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Jane was born in Colonie and was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Matthews) Bowles. She was a lifetime member and past president of the Fuller Road Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Her life was her family; she was the greatest mother, grandmother and great- grandmother and best friend.
Jane was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Paul A. Secor Sr., he passed away on December 28, 2005.
Jane is survived by her five cherished children, Karen Terry of Colonie, Linda (Anthony) Romaine of Moreau, Paul A. "Skip" Secor, Jr. of Colonie, Beverly (Charles Myers) Secor of Middle Grove, and Susan O'Hare of Colonie; her 10 grandchildren, James Terry Jr., Jill (Mark) Evanchuk, Tonya (Todd) Meade, Tammy (Garrett) Marissal, Anthony (Christy Anderson) Romaine Jr., Paula (Glen) Scholer, Denise Secor, Patrick (Valerie) O'Hare, Ryan (Jennifer Fisher) O'Hare and Kerry O'Hare; her 9 great-grandchildren, Cassandra, Christopher, Zackery, Marissa, Cody, Gianna, Logan, Shane and Kaitlyn; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Tuesday at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie.
