Mary June

February 14, 1941 — August 31, 2013

LATHAM-Mary E. June, 72 of Latham entered into eternal peace surrounded by her loving family following a courageous battle with a long term illness. She was born in Albany, NY and was a graduate of Phillip Schuyler High School. Mary was the loving daughter of the late David and Anna Nagle and sister of the late Michael (Mary) Nagle.
Mary was the beloved wife of Robert June. In addition to her husband, Mary was the loving mother of Bobby (Deana) June, Shelly June and Karen (Michael) Heath. She was the cherished grandmother of Matthew and Jami June and Collin Patrick Heath. Mary is also survived by five nephews Michael, Greg, Paul, Patrick and Ricky.
Mary was a loving mother and grandmother whose greatest joy in life was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. When she wasn't in the kitchen cooking and sharing her love through her food she was at the ball park cheering for her children and grandchildren as they participated in athletics. Mary's sense of humor will live in all of us forever.
There will be no public calling hours.
The family will receive family and friends from 9 to 10 AM on Friday, September 6, 2013 at St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Rd., Latham with a celebration of Mary's life to immediately follow at 10 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at the church.
Interment will be at Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mary's memory to Hospice/St. Mary's in Troy, who provided her and her family comfort, kindness and compassion during a most difficult time.
