Mary K. (Fresina) Ciampi, 90, of Loudonville, passed away on Thursday, January 08, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.
Born in Canastota, New York she lived in Hampton Manor before moving to Loudonville in 1972. Mary was devoted to her family and loved spending time with and cooking for them. She was a loving grandma and great grandmother.
Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Frederick Ciampi, Sr in 2001.
She is survived by her two daughters Pamela (Frederick) Dickert of Colonie and Kathleen (Daniel) Messier of Brunswick; son Frederick Ciampi, Jr of Loudonville; sister Lucy Tatosian of Westbury, NY; six grandchildren Kacey (Christopher) Decker, Craig (Jacklynn) Dickert, Eric (Valerie) Halse, Chad, Kevin and Kristina Ciampi; four great grandchildren Christopher Ciampi, Ethan Halse, Reese Decker and Scarlet Dickert. Mary is also survived by 3 sister-in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services to celebrate Mary's life will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 11 A.M. at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Albany. Visitation to which relatives and friend are invited to attend will take place on Monday, January 12 from 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home. Entombment will be held at Evergreen Memorial Park, Colonie.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Mary's memory to a charity of one's choice.
