Mary C. Larue

Schenectady- Mary C. LaRue, 68, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 7, 2016 at Ellis Hospital. The daughter of the late Chester and Mary (Plass) Stott, she was born in Albany, NY on July 7, 1948.
Mary was a member of the Rotterdam Eagles. She enjoyed vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC. She loved all things frogs, whether real or fake. She had a very special bond with her grandson, Justin playing "prank wars." Mary also liked trying her luck at the casinos. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Anthony J. LaRue, Jr and her son Mark LaRue. She is survived by her sons: Anthony (Kelly), Jason (Sonya) and Chris (Alisa); her daughter-in-law Sue; her beloved grandchildren: Justin, Brandon, Cassandra, Miranda, Cuyler, and Brennan LaRue; her sister Patricia (John) VanWie and her brother James (Versa) Vink; she is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
