COLONIE – Mary A. Schultz, 83, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at Teresian House. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Hanora O'Melia McGurn. Mrs. Schultz was an Albany area resident for all of her life. She was devoted to her home and her family and especially enjoyed spending time with them. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Willard H. Schultz. She is the devoted mother of Joseph A. Schultz and his wife, Therese of Port Charlotte, FL, Willard J. Schultz of Guilderland, Kenneth R. Schultz and his wife, Marilyn of Guilderland and the late Michael J. Schultz. She is the sister of Joseph McGurn of Hopewell Junction. Mary is the cherished grandmother of Thomas W., Jason K., Justin R. and Christopher R. Schultz. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Church on Exchange Street. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made at newcomerfamily.com
