Mary C. Woods

Mary C Woods (Cebula), 63, of Troy, was called home after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis, on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the Van Rensselaer Manor, where she resided for the last 20 years and lovingly known as "Queen of the Manor."

Born May 12, 1954 in Albany, NY; daughter of the late Peter G. & Mary V. Doyle Cebula. Mary was a graduate of Albany High School & later went on to work for the EOC as a secretary.

Mary will not only be remembered for her witty personality & humor, but for her warrior spirit as well. She fought a good fight.

Mary is survived by her loving children: Michael Woods, Kristy Woods, Amy Woods & Candace Horton; grandchildren, Ryan, Tiernan & Brynn; brother, Peter J. Cebula (Judith) & nieces Christine Hazelton & Kimberly Keller. Mary is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, N.Y. 12205. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 10am. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens.
