Mary Elizabeth Towne Zabel went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2018.
Born in Poultney, VT on November 28, 1931, married to William Gilbert Zabel, Sr. of Feura Bush, NY on April 13, 1952.
Mary was predeceased by her son William Gilbert Zabel, Jr. and is survived by her children; Edward Charles Zabel, Timothy G. Zabel, Mary Ann Handel and Franklin B. Zabel and respective partners.
She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary was an active member of Dormansville Methodist
Church working on church suppers, singing in the choir and serving on various committees.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
