Albany- Maryann F. Reinhart, 83, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 2, 2023 with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Constance Della Rocco. Maryann was the devoted wife to the late Ford Reinhart. They were married 58 wonderful years. He was truly the love of her life and she his.
Maryann enjoyed spending time with her entire family and loved preparing wonderful meals for them. She loved listening to music, dancing, joking around, and living life to its fullest. Maryann was a practical jokester who loved a good laugh. One way she showed her love to others was by the unique loving nicknames she gave to those close to her. Maryann cherished the trips she went on with her family, especially to Cape Cod where they created life long memories. Most of all, Maryann adored every moment she spent with her beloved grandchildren which helped shape their lives into the wonderful individuals they are today.
Maryann was a kind and compassionate giving person who was always willing to help those in need by donating to charities and always being there to support and comfort others.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors, nurses and the Palliative Care team on the E wing at Albany Medical Center who provided kind and compassionate care to Maryann and her family.
Maryann is survived by her daughters, Brenda A. (Robert) Arduini, Paula L. (Seth) Madden, and Kelly A. (Nicola) Mele; grandchildren, Alexander (Sara Stuart) and Paul Arduini, and Skylar, Alexa, and Noah Madden; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Maryann is predeceased by her siblings, Patricia (William) Siatkowski and David (Norine) Della Rocco.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, New York 12189 on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 10am to 12pm with a funeral service to follow at 12pm. Burial will immediately follow the service at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Maryann's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
