MaryJane Cleary passed over unexpectedly, very peacefully in her home on Saturday, June 2, 2012. She was in the presence of her two daughters, Amy and Tricia.
MaryJane was a very special person who helped many people and touched many lives. She did this while she worked as an Occupational Therapist, when she gave channeled Star Readings, and when she got together with friends or strangers over a cup of coffee. She was her own person, a spiritual soul, in touch with her inner guidance. She made heart-felt connections and walked her talk to the very end. She was open hearted, kind and generous. She fully supported the many local artists, energy and sound healers, food coop, and other service providers. She was a gentle, fun loving spirit, a woman of her convictions, who was always up for an adventure. She kept a positive, loving attitude about everything and everyone she became involved with.
She was the Coordinator of the Capital Region IONS (Institute of Noetic Sciences) Community Group and held it faithfully in her home for over eleven years. MaryJane was instrumental in organizing the very first Northeast Regional IONs gathering held in the Catskills in 2010. She was a member of the Mohawk-Hudson Dowsers Chapter of the American Society of Dowsers. She regularly worked out at the health club, and attended A Course in Miracles study group, the teachings of which, guided her life. An avid reader, she was a member of a local women's book club.
MaryJane was predeceased by her husband J. Peter Cleary. She is survived by her children Amy and Tricia (Al) and her grandchildren Alex, Carly and Shane Vandewal and Peter, Kayla and Kelsey Barcomb.
Please keep MJ and her family in your heart and prayers. She was an inspiring friend and truly lived a loving, happy Life, truly believing that "It's All Good." She will always be remembered and loved.
There will be a celebration of her journey on Thursday June 7, 2012 at 5:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 4 to 5 at the funeral home.
