Megi Hamza, 18, of Albany, passed away suddenly on March 27, 2022.
She was born in Albania on August 25, 2003 to Maksim and Edlira Hamza.
Megi was an amazing gymnast, she was spontaneous and fun and had a great laugh. She loved to dance. Megi always defended and protected her friends. She stood up for what she believed in. She was hardheaded, never listened to anyone, and always had to try things out for herself. Megi was the life of the any and every party, and she lived life to the fullest whenever possible.
Visitation will be held Thursday March 31st from 4pm-7pm, with funeral services to follow on Friday April 1st at 11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie.
Interment will take place in the Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
