Melanie L. Cullen, 58, of Schenectady NY, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at home with loved ones by her side.
Born on December 31, 1965, in Niskayuna NY, Melanie is the daughter of Norma (Quick) and the late Fred Waldbillig.
She was a graduate of Schenectady High, and continued her education and became a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a dedicated state employee of O.D. Heck for 32 and a half years. Mel's greatest passion was caring for friends and other O.D. Heck individuals.
Melanie is survived by her husband Christopher Cullen; her two children Brett Miller Esq. of Buffalo NY, and Brian Miller of Schenectady; two grandchildren Preston and Isaac of Scotia NY; her mother, Norma Waldbillig; and her two brothers, Fred Waldbillig of Florida and Robert (Kim) Waldbillig of Amsterdam NY.
A Memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie NY, 12205.
