NEW YORK CITY – Michael Anthony Kehrer, 38, of New York City, passed away on Friday September 27, 2013 at the Inn of Community Hospice.
He was born in Albany and graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 1993 and Iona College in 1997. Michael was a self-employed personal trainer in New York City for over 15 years. He was a talented athlete and an avid sports fan.
Michael is the beloved son of Peter A. Kehrer and the late Mary Muia Kehrer. He is the cherished grandson of Jean Muia and the late James Muia. Michael is the devoted brother of Mariesa (Michael) Capaldi. He is the dearly loved fiancé of Amarilis Gonzalez of New York City.
A Celebration of Michael's life will be held on Saturday afternoon from 12 to 4 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie.
