Michael A. Boyce

Delanson- Michael A. Boyce, 66, passed away with his family by his side on March 19, 2017 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Born in Fulton, NY on November 23, 1950 he was the beloved son of the late Lyle A. and Gwendolyn M. (Dwyer) Boyce. He was a graduate of Guilderland High School with the class of 1970. He worked for Freihofer's in Albany for more than 40 years, until his retirement in 2016. Mike was an avid horse lover, who raised them on his farm. He was known to play Santa during the holiday season, something he greatly enjoyed. He looked forward to the family's annual camping trip where he would entertain his nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Michael is survived by his Mom, Regina Boyce; his loving siblings: Lori Cranker, Eric Boyce and Christopher Boyce; and many nieces, nephews and friends who loved him dearly.
In addition to his parents, Mike was predeceased by his sister Melissa Boyce.
In keeping with Mike's wishes, all services will be private.
