Michael Warren Coleman, Sr.

Schenectady- Michael Warren Coleman Sr., 65, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017. Michael was the son of Rose Coleman and the late Matthew Coleman. Michael proudly served in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class specializing as an Electrical Technician for seven years.

Michael is survived by his children, Loretta (Colby) Cromartie, Alethia Albright, Michael (April) Coleman, Jr., Sheena (Joseph) Johnson, Evita (Joshua) Ciccone, and Denzel Coleman, siblings, Lee Audrey (Armster) Bailey, Nadine (Shaw) Boyd, Ronald Coleman, Kelly (Michael) Hilland, Antone (Althea) Coleman, five half siblings, many loved grand and great grand children, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to his beloved Father, Michael is predeceased by his son, Darius Coleman.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, on Monday, October 9, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A going home celebration service will be held following calling hours at 3:00 pm. The burial will take place at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
