Michael Jon Fallon

CASTLETON - Michael Jon Fallon, 64, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at Albany Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.
Michael was born on April 13, 1943 in Utica and was the son of the late Francis J. and Audrey E. (Bush) Fallon. He served in the US Air Force from 1961 to 1965. He worked for the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse as an associate budget analysis for 26 years. Michael enjoyed music, golfing and the Thoroughbreds.
Michael is survived by his partner and companion, Jackye Rider; his two daughters, Traci (Aston) Ellis and Kristine (Joseph) Zingaro; his son, Michael (Penelope) Fallon; the mother of his children, Faye Fallon; his brother, Patrick (Lori) Fallon; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Bonnie Basmajian.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 5 to 7 p.m. Inurnment will take place at the Gerald B.H. Solomon-Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville.
