Michael L. Rose

ALBANY – Michael L. Rose, 64, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at his home with his wife June at his side.
Michael was born on August 5, 1949 in Binghamton, NY and was the son of the late Fred and Eunice (Price) Rose. He was employed as a carpenter for many years in Albany and in Oneonta, NY. He enjoyed cooking, camping and almost anything outdoors.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, June Bonilla, his son Michael J. Rose; his sisters, Patricia Wiedeman and Barbara Hollister, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Carolyn.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 3, 2013 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and a luncheon will follow at the Albany Elks Lodge.
