Albany - Michael J. Lamountain, 68, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017 with his loving family by his side. Michael was the son of the late Jerry and Shirley Lamountain. Michael was the devoted husband to Dorine Lamountain. They were married 42 years.
Michael loved fishing, camping, shooting pool and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Tammy Holmberg and son, Michael Holmberg; sisters, Mary Rowe and Donna (Fritz) Hess; his grandchildren; many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Michael was predeceased by his cousin and best friend, Danny Lamountain.
A Memorial Graveside Service will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 11:00 am at Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Michael's memory to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY 12204.
