Michael P. Quinn

WATERFORD - Michael Patrick Quinn, 49, peacefully passed on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at his home. Michael was born January 20, 1963 in Los Angeles, CA and was the son of the late Herbert R Quinn Jr. and Maida E (Shepherd) Quinn. He was the loving husband of 29 years to Melanie K (Calkins) Quinn. He was a wondeerful husband, father and Papa. He enjoyed spending time with his grandson and family and helping others. Michael is survived by his loving children, Michael A. Quinn and Jason M Calkins; his grandson Brenden M Quinn,; his siblings, Kim M. (Gary) Robideau, Mary Beth (Jim) Farrar, Kathleen A. (Daniel) Quinn-Collado, William M (Tammy) Quinn, John P Quinn and Danial C Quinn. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Monday at New Corner Cannon Funeral Home. 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon on Monday. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been establised at Trustco Bank in the name of Michael P. Quinn.
