Michael D. Robbins
July 5, 1967 — January 30, 2019
Michael Robbins, 51, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Albany Medical Center, after a brief illness.
Michael was the son of Marion Robbins and the late Sheldon Robbins, Jr.
Michael was a graduate of Shaker High School and had college credits from the Junior College of Albany.
He enjoyed boating, camping, skiing, snowmobiling, cars and watching football.
In addition to his mom, Michael is survived by his beloved son, Joshua J. Robbins he is the brother of, Sheldon Robbins III and Renate (Jason Ramirez) Robbins. His loving companion Mary Mainville, his nephew Alexander, many aunts, uncles and cousins, Tricia, who was like a sister to him, Christy, Tonia, Cassandra and Nicole Criscone and many friends.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Burial will be private at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association - Albany 4 Atrium Drive Albany, NY 12205 in Michaels memory.
