Michalina "Mickey" D. Dustin, 87, Nashville, TN passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Lakeshore The Meadows Nursing Home.
Mickey was born on September 16, 1935 in Cohoes, NY and was the daughter of the late Michael J. and Frances M. Polnak. She lived in Latham, NY for more than 70 years. She graduated from Watervliet High School and worked for more than 30 years at Key Bank in Albany, retiring as an Assistant Vice President in the International Department. Mickey was an avid reader, enjoyed knitting and in later years became active in genealogical research.
She is survived by her son Daniel J. Dustin of Nashville, TN; her cherished grandsons, Michael P. Dustin of Hohenwald, TN and Matthew J. Dustin of Brooklyn, NY. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sisters Frances A. Conroy and Teresa K. Von Fricken.
Friends may call, Wednesday, March 15 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY. A graveside service will be celebrated on Thursday, March 16 at 10:00 AM at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Colonie, NY.
