COLONIE – Michelle M. LeMorta, 52, of Colonie, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Michelle is the beloved mother of Mark (Christina) LeMorta and Adam S. LeMorta. She is the loving daughter of Sandra Stefanazzi and Truman (Betty) Groff. Michelle is the sister of Truman (Maria) Groff and Curtis Groff. She is the cherished aunt of Morgan Groff.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 25, 2012 at 10am at Christ Our Light Catholic Church, 1 Maria Drive, Loudonville. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd. Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Michelle M. LeMorta.
