In the morning hours of October 13th, 2023, Mickey A. LeVielle Sr., aged 68, completed his earthly journey surrounded by the love of his children in his cherished hometown of Schenectady, New York.

Mick left this world, leaving a legacy of immeasurable love, unwavering compassion, and admirable craftsmanship.

Born on June 11th, 1955, to the late Robert and Adella LeVielle, Mick's voyage through life was a radiant example of love in action. After graduating from Linton High School and Schenectady County Community College, he embarked on a multifaceted career that showcased his diverse talents. Mick was not only a manager at a jazz dinner night club, The Van Dyck, but also shared his expertise at Kay Jewelers, helping people find jewelry that spoke to their love stories.

Mick's innovative spirit shone through when he opened The Earth Doctor ahead of his time, providing all-natural products and ingredients for personal and household items. However, it was in carpentry that Mick found his true passion. He transformed his career into a canvas for creativity and diligence, turning wood and nails into beautiful, timeless masterpieces. Each chapter of his professional life reflected his dedication to excellence and a genuine desire to contribute positively to the lives of those around him.

Mick's heart, as vast as the ocean, was a wellspring of compassion. His days were filled with a profound appreciation for simple pleasures – a shared meal, a hearty laugh, a warm embrace.

Mick's presence was one of kindness extended to all. His compassion knew no bounds; his heart was a haven for all – family, friends, strangers, and animals alike. Mick listened with his soul, offered support with his heart, and extended his kindness without expectation of return.
