Mildred Osborne

NISKAYUNA- Mildred R. Kottke Osborne, 100, of Niskayuna, passed away on Monday July 25, 2005 at Guilderland Center Nursing Home. She was born in Sheridan Wisconsin and was the daughter of the late George and Mary Klatt Kottke.
Mildred had resided in Niskayuna for most of her life. She was a longtime member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church where she taught religious education for several years.
She was predeceased by her husband John M. Osborne, her grandson Karl Streifert and stepson John M. Osborne Jr.
Mildred is the beloved mother of Ruth M. Streifert of Duanesburg, Robert G. Osborne of Schenectady, Richard J. Osborne of Northville, Nancy J. Gabriel of Colonie and Thomas E. Osborne of Glenville. Grandmother of Eric, Mark and Kurt Streifert, Kim Stanfield, Kurt Osborne, Erica Wood, Luann Gabriel, Yvonne Poleto, Mario Gabriel Jr. Thomas Osborne Jr and Cindy DuBrey. Sister of Alvin Kottke of Scotia and Dorothy Miller of Florida. Also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday at 12 noon at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 10 to 12 noon on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memorys Garden.
