Albany - Milford D. "Skip" Colvin, 70, died on August 7, 2016 after a battle with Cancer. He was born July 8, 1946 in Edinburgh, New York, to the late Horton and Pearl Colvin.
Skip is survived by his wife: Karen Colvin; children: Don (Jenn) Colvin, and Lynette (Kyle) Holman; several brothers and sisters; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and countless nieces and nephews.
Skip worked at GE for 31 years and he retired from the Selkirk plant. Skip loved visiting his family, taking trips to visit close and far members, often driving nearly straight through from Upstate, NY, to as far as Florida.
The family would like to give special thanks to the wonderful staff at the NYOH and The Community Hospice.
There will be no services. A private burial will be held at the discretion of the family, at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
