ALBANY – Minna O. Moran, 80, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2014 at Teresian House after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Olive Taylor, and was wife of the late John R. Moran Sr.
She is survived by her children Donna MacGilfrey (the late Kenneth MacGilfrey), Linda Pailley (Paul), John Moran (Cathy), Pam Futia (Mike), Rick Moran, and Tammy Bond (Paul); siblings Edward Taylor and Lorraine Wilson; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Minna was a loving mother and wife.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Teresian House for all of their kindness and care.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association of NENY, Pine West Plaza, Bldg. 4, Suite 405, Washington Avenue Ext., Albany, NY 12205.
