Minnie Mae Roberts , 85, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at her home with her loving family by her side.
Born in Albany, GA, Minnie was the daughter of the late Willie Richardson and Uradell Allbritton. She was the devoted wife to the late Joseph Roberts, Sr. They were married 64 years until his passing in 2012.
Loving mother of Joseph, Jr. (Barbara), Alfred, Sr. and Patricia (Jeffrey); Cherished grandmother of a host of grandchildren as well as many Great-Grandchildren. Dearest sister of Hattie Graves and Willie Lee Williams, both of Georgia.
Several of nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
The family wishes to express appreciation to the Community Hospice for the care provided to our mother, as well as New Comer Cremations & Funerals for their compassion to our family.
A home going funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 25th at 11:30 a.m. from New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in the Gerald B.H. Solomon - Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
