Nancy A. DiCerbo, 77, passed peacefully on Sunday, November 10th surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 14, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Isabelle (Celmer) Stec. She was a graduate of Mount Pleasant High School, longtime member of the Stanford Heights Ladies Auxiliary, and a member of the Lisha Kill Seniors.Nancy was a nurse for 23 years, retiring from Kingsway Arms Nursing Center.
She loved her patients and caring for others. Nancy enjoyed ceramics, collecting Polish pottery, trying the newest gadgets and sending them to her children, rooting for her beloved Penguins, playing cards, watching gameshows, reading, and traveling with her husband.
She cherished the moments spent with family, boasting about her grandchildren at any opportunity. “Nana” as they called her, enjoyed attending their sporting events and being their biggest fan.
Nancy was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Carl DiCerbo, and their two daughters Kimberly and Theresa DiCerbo; brother Robert M. Stec (Mickey); and grandson Thomas DiCerbo.
She is survived by her brother Daniel (Sue) Stec of Clifton Park; sons Ronald (Nancy) DiCerbo of Barrington, IL and Robert (Kristen) DiCerbo of Melrose; daughter Patricia DiCerbo of Colonie; grandchildren Allison (Bill), Austin, Peter, Sareena, Mark, Nico, Rylea, Brogan, and Nolan; and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass will be held on Saturday November 16th at 10am at Church of St. Clare 1947 Central Ave Albany NY.
Interment immediately following the service.
