GUILDERLAND - Nancy Jean Carusone, 57, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at her home in Guilderland after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Nancy was born on October 19, 1949 in Niskayuna and was the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Catherine Lauber Bank. She worked as a secretary at the NYS Department of Office of General Services for 38 years before retiring in January 2005. She truly enjoyed working and spending time with her family especially her grandsons. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Colonie.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Paul J. Carusone; her daughter, Christina Carusone and her husband, Philip Parisi, Sr. of Colonie; her stepdaughter, Michelle Neubauer of Rotterdam; her sister, Janis (Dennis) Bullis; her brother, Joseph (Wendy) Bank, Jr. and her three grandsons, Philip Parisi, Jr. and Matthew and Oscar Neubauer
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at New Comer – Cannon Family Funeral Home 343 New Karner Road (Rt. 155 – south of Central Ave.). Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment, Memory's Garden in Colonie. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Savior's Lutheran Church 63 Mountain View Avenue, Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Nancy Jean Carusone.
