ALBANY – Nancy L. Mariniello, 76, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at her home.
Nancy was born on June 16, 1932 in Troy and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Dorothea (Loux) Munton. She was a member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and AMRATH.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Dominick A. Mariniello; her sons, Gary L. (Patty) Pickering and Bruce E. (Vonda) Pickering; her daughter-in-law, Barbara Pickering; her uncle, Warren Munton; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Frederick T. Pickering.
A funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Monday at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Interment will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Loudonville, NY 12211 in memory of Nancy L. Mariniello.
