Colonie - On Sunday, September 19th, 2020, Nancy passed away at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was retired after many years of working at CSEA Employee Benefit Fund. Nancy was a professional shopper, adored being with her family and friends, enjoyed traveling, especially to Boston and Rhode Island with her sister, and loved spending time with her beloved rescue dog, Daisy.
She is survived by her daughter Jody Nixon, grandson Tanner Nixon, step daughter Renee Osterlitz, sister Diane Myers, brother in law Frank Myers, and scores of friends.
Calling hours will be 4:00pm-6:00pm, Thursday, September 23rd, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Contributions in Nancy's name may be sent to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
