Naomi O'Melia

COHOES – Naomi L. (Honey) O'Melia, 80, of Cohoes, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at St. Mary's Hospital, after a long illness. Born in Cohoes, she was the daughter of the late George and Ada Marie Fredette. She was a resident of Cohoes for most of her life. Honey enjoyed reading and going to garage sales. She is the beloved wife of the late Kenneth D. O'Melia. She is the devoted mother of Colleen D. O'Melia-Baldowski and her husband, Gregory, and Kevin D. O'Melia, all of Cohoes and Timothy S. O'Melia of Sarasota, FL. She is the loving grandmother of Timothy S. O'Melia, Jr. Honey is the cherished aunt of Sandra Lonczak of Clifton Park. Also surviving are several other nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Sunday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Funeral services will be Monday morning at 9:00 at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Cohoes.
