Nayla Dae Dixon, 33, of Schenectady, passed away suddenly on December 14, 2021 at home.
She was born on October 1, 1988 in Schenectady, NY.
Nayla worked as a CNA for Riverview Nursing Home. She graduated from Bryant & Stratton with her associates in Criminal Justice. Nayla aspired to be a forensic nurse. She loved music of all genres. Nayla loved taking tons of pictures and spending time with her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her daughter Serenity Smith, maternal grandmother Linda Flath-Diaz and stepmother Calefia Graves-Porter,
Nayla is survived by her loving father Andre, mother Nicole, paternal grandmother Dora (Wayman), sisters Nichelle (Sadat), Nadia, Bianca, Nakeia, Chianna, McKenzie, Rochelle, Shamyra (Chris) and Alexa, brothers Andre, Antionio, Jeremiah and Vashon as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles cousins and friends that she loved.
A celebration of life will be held at New Bethel Cogic Church, 2020 Broadway in Schenectady, Tuesday December 21at 4pm.
