ALBANY - Nefer Carl Walmsley, 82, of Rapp Road, Albany passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 25, 2012. He passed away at home following a brief illness.
Carl was born on March 10, 1930 and was the son of the late Harry and Alice (Weinrich) Walmsley. He was one of three sons. He is survived by his two brothers, Heru Walmsley and Anthony Miller, both of Maryland.
Carl attended schools in Rockland County and moved to Albany in 1989. Carl worked at New Visions of Albany.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 12 to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
