WEST ALBANY_Nelson G. Sager III, 42, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 15, 2015 at home.
He was born on October 3, 1972 in Morocco, Africa son of Nelson G. Sager Jr. and Dawn Kakely-Giles.
Nelson was a devoted father and a hard worker. His daughters were his whole world. He enjoyed playing the drums in several bands. Nelson took great pride in his work as a contractor. Nelson was outgoing, the life of the party and had many friends. He was always making those around him laugh and had a great sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by those who had the privilege to know and love him and his fun loving spirit will live on forever in our hearts.
Nelson is survived by his beloved daughters, Kathryn, Liberty and Skyler, his parents Nelson and Dawn, his grandmother, Joyce Diffenback and many friends.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Marjorie Sager.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015 at New Comer Funeral Home from 4pm to 7pm. Friends are invited to share during a time of remembrance at 6pm.
