Nichcol Grattan

Albany- Nichcol M. Grattan, 50, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at St. Peter's Hospital. Born in Albany, NY on December 9, 1966 to the late Francis and Patricia Grattan. She was the mother of: Ranieka Lipscomb, Ronald (Vashnie Bethea)Lipscomb and Rachelle Lipscomb; grandmother of two beautiful girls: Faith Lipscomb and Aniyalese Johnson; sister of Cyndi Johnson of South Carolina, Patricia (Richard) Silinski of South Carolina, William (Kathy) Faye of Albany, NY, David Faye of Albany, NY and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brother, Lawrence "Rusty" Pues. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
