Our beloved and caring Nicolas Mancini, 19 of Albany, NY was reunited with his Nonna on November 24, 2023 at home.
Born on November 25, 2003 in Albany, NY son of Maurizio Mancini. Nic had completed his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice in 2022 and was actively pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in the hopes of one day, following in the footsteps of his Father and Uncle who he loved and admired so very much, in the field of law enforcement.
In his spare time, Nic loved playing video games with his friends, playing on his college EA Sports team, taking trips with his family and caring about others before himself. He enjoyed volunteering to help others in need and raise funds for animals in need of rescuing.
Nic is survived by his father, Maurizio Mancini (Kelly Grant) of Albany, NY and uncle Marco Mancini (Kate Mancini) of Saratoga Springs, NY. In addition, Nic is survived by many family members in Italy. Nic was predeceased by his Nonna, Clara Mancini and Nonno Salvatore Mancini of Albany.
Friends and family may call Friday, December 1, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established The Nicolas A. Mancini Scholarship Fund which will benefit Students at Bryant & Stratton College - Albany campus with similar educational goals and interests as Nicolas.
