East Nassau—Nicole Marie Eckert, 19, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday June 26.
Nicole was born in Albany a daughter of William and Deborah Eckert. Nicole was a special little girl with so much to give. Although Nicole carried the label "special needs," those who knew her well were more aware of her "special gifts." This wonderful gift of God inspired ordinary people to go well beyond their comfort zone and achieve extraordinary accomplishments.
Survivors include her beloved parents, William and Deborah Eckert and her adoring sisters, Kelsey and Chandler Eckert.
Services will be held Friday evening at 6 PM at Grace Fellowship Church, 20 Delatour Road, Watervliet NY. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Grace Fellowship Church, Friday evening from 4 to 6 PM.
