Noreen L. Cichon, 74, of Albany, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2022 at St. Peter's Hospital.
She was born in Albany NY on February 27, 1948 to the late Elmer and Margaret (Salisbury) Ruppert.
Noreen was a loving homemaker for her family, and a devoted grandmother to Tori Abigayle and Evan.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved dogs Ruppert and Leo.
Noreen is survived by her loving Husband of 57 years, William, their only child, Jill Cichon-Strock (Scott), grandchildren Tori (Colin) Campbell and Evan Strock, sister Elaine Jabbour-Silba of California, step brother William Wehrle of Ballston Spa, her beloved sisters and brothers in law, her best girlfriend Cynthia Rivera and many nieces and nephews and the Roberts Drive Fantasy League friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday July 2nd from 11am-12:30pm with a Funeral service to follow at 12:30pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, New York.
