Norma Lewandowski

COLONIE – Norma M. Lewandowski, 84, of Colonie, passed away on Wednesday September 27, 2006 at St. Peters Hospital. She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Cecilia King.
Norma had been a resident of Scandaga Lake for many years before moving to Colonie. She was a past member of Court Broderick #1591 Daughters of Americas. Broadalbin, NY and a former communicant of St. Josephs Church and Altar Rosary Society in Broadalbin.
She is the wife of the late Alexander Lewandowski. Norma is the beloved sister of Elizabeth Zanella, Ann Sowalski, Dorothy (Salvatore) Schipano, the late Clinton, Robert, Evelyn and Mary King She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express appreciation and thanks to the staff and aides of the Bishop Broderick Apartments, Ann Lee Home and St. Peters Hospital for the support and care provided to Norma.
Funeral services will be Monday morning at 11:00 at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Saratoga National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd.
